Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it via automated means without permission, or use it in any way that could damage our reputation or that of our clients.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, code, branding — is owned by OnDigital Marketing or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except where the law allows (e.g. brief quotation with attribution).
Services agreements
Any engagement we enter into for marketing services is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). The Site itself does not constitute an offer or a contract.
Pricing & estimates
Pricing displayed on the Site is indicative and may change. Final pricing is provided in writing and confirmed via SOW. We typically work to a 90-day initial commitment, then month-to-month with 30 days notice.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnDigital Marketing is registered. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts.
